- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Note: Used, damaged, or unpackaged items are not eligible.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Delivery charges are non-refundable

- Return the original product in unused condition
- Once inspected and approved, weโll dispatch the new item (additional delivery fees may apply)
