⚙️ Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal usage, starting from the date of purchase.
- Electric Scooters: 12 months (frame, motor & battery)
- E-Bikes: 12 months (frame, motor & battery)
- Electric Motorcycles: 12 months (frame, motor & battery)
- Accessories: 6 months (manufacturer defects only)
❌ What Is Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, tires)
- Accidental damage (collisions, falls, misuse)
- Water, fire, or environmental damage
- Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Battery damage from incorrect charging or overheating
📝 How to Claim Warranty
- Contact our support team within the warranty period
- Provide your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Share photos or video evidence of the issue
- If needed, return the product for inspection
If the issue is verified under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no extra charge.
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the defect is verified in advance by our team.
